• International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

JETER is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or appears to be lost, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to help locate your order whenever possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
